Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Program Manager for Delivery Excellence in Dubai to drive end-to-end improvements in last-mile operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Türkiye. You will own regional performance, lead cross-functional projects, and build scalable processes leveraging data and route-planning insights.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in program/project management, strong Excel and SQL skills, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage programs end-to-end from problem definition through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own regional performance for RUBL60 and sort-grid utilization across delivery operations in MEA and Türkiye.
• Act as SME for capacity planning, utilization, routing, and sortation processes.
• Build mechanisms to monitor RUBL60, bag utilization, sort-grid capacity, and related indicators daily.
• Investigate missed targets and root causes; define corrective actions.
• Develop simple, scalable solutions for complex delivery-station and transportation challenges.
• Create tools, reporting mechanisms, and decision-support for Central Operations and regional teams.
• Analyze operational trends and explain changes in key metrics.
• Provide guidance for consistent, sustainable improvement in delivery stations.
• Work with route-planning data to identify capacity and efficiency improvements.
• Influence route-planning teams to optimize delivery routes.
