AWR is seeking a logistics helper to support daily operational tasks in Fujairah. You will assist the Operations Team, coordinate with shipping lines, and keep customers informed about shipment arrivals. The role involves preparing delivery orders and handling document collection with messengers.

The position requires data entry in freight software, inspections scheduling in customs systems, and invoicing customers. An eye for detail and problem solving will help ensure timely deliveries.

• 3 years of experience in the same field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Team with daily operational activities.
• Coordinate with shipping lines to check shipment arrivals.
• Update customers on shipment arrivals and inform requirements.
• Prepare delivery order letters.
• Coordinate with messengers to collect documents from customers.
• Data entry in freight software.
• Book inspections in customs system and track time slots.
