Job summary

CAG SHIPPING PVT LTD in the United Arab Emirates (Ajman) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. You will respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and internal systems, coordinate with operations, documentation and customs, and track shipments to provide timely updates.

The right candidate has 1–2 years in freight forwarding, strong communication and organizational skills, English fluency, and knowledge of Incoterms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures is preferred.
• Experience with shipping documents and liaison with carriers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customs to ensure timely shipment updates.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing proactive status updates to clients.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents and liaising with carriers and agents.
• Support sales and operations teams with customer-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations.
