Job summary

SYSTEMS EQUIPMENT is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator in the Abu Dhabi area to manage daily logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and keep lines of communication open with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of logistics experience (UAE/GCC preferred), strong knowledge of shipping, freight and customs procedures, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics. Excellent Excel and coordination skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Strong knowledge of shipping, freight, and customs procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
