Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the transportation and delivery of supplies, ensuring timely and accurate services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage logistics and transportation.
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Arrange and plan routes for drivers.
• Coordinate and monitor the transportation and delivery of goods.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Proven working experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Driver, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
