Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and generate invoices for logistics services.
• Collaborate with operations to validate billing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, charges and payment status.
• Resolve disputes related to overcharges, incorrect billing, or missing documentation.
• Monitor and manage billing queues to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate billing records and complete documentation.
• Work with Accounts Receivable on overdue invoices and collections.
• Provide billing support during audits or financial reviews.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Maintain professionalism in client communications.
