Job summary

Cello Square by Samsung SDS Global is seeking a seasoned Logistics Billing and Cost Analyst to oversee monthly billing closings and cost settlements in a fast-paced environment. You will support yearly bidding, coordinate tariff settings, and ensure accurate pricing aligned with client contracts.

Strong SAP and MS Excel skills are essential. You will manage AR/AP invoices, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with Operations to optimize logistics costs across Ocean, Air, Land & WM.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in logistics operation, billing and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics or Accounting.
• Solid understanding of logistics services- related costs (Ocean, Air, Land & WM).
• Experience with 3PL/4PL operations and top-tier forwarding companies.
• Proficient in MS Excel, SAP and forwarding software including TMS, WMS.

Job description

Position Responsibilities:

• Monthly Closing Reporting for Billing and Cost settlement.
• Involvement in Yearly bidding & Negotiation process with partners.
• Performing data entry tasks as required for tariff setting in system.
• Close coordination with the Operations team and understanding of client contract and contracted LSP's quotation in order to derive accurate pricing for client/s.
• Management of invoices for AR and AP.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve billing discrepancies and consult with personnel concerned as required for resolution.
• Timely and accurately generate invoices for notification to client/s.
• Utilize various systems/ database technology as required for day-to-day tasks.
• Use logistics operations and costing knowledge to determine deviations and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain good partnerships with clients and service providers through effective communications.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and other job-related duties as required.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in logistics operation, billing and process improvement.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain / Economics / accounting.
• Solid understanding of logistics services- related costs (Ocean, Air, Land & WM).
• Experience and/ or knowledge in 3PL, 4PL operations and previous working with Top tier forwarding companies.
• Systems knowledge: MS Excel, SAP, and forwarding software including TMS, WMS.
