TLM International Freight Services is seeking a Pricing and Sales Coordinator in Dubai (Jebel Ali) to support the Freight Division. • 2–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, pricing or sales coordination.
• Good understanding of Sea, Air and Land Freight pricing and commercial processes.
• Experience dealing with shipping lines, airlines, transporters and freight agents.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding terminology, surcharges and commercial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Quotation Management: receive/analyze enquiries, obtain/ negotiate rates, prepare accurate quotations, maintain rate sheets and pricing databases, monitor market rates, ensure terms and validity.
• Sales Support Coordination: provide day-to-day support to Freight Sales/BD team, respond to enquiries, prepare rate comparisons and proposals, identify pricing opportunities, maintain CRM/ERP data.
• Booking Shipment Coordination: process bookings, communicate terms to Operations, coordinate with customers/vendors, track status and follow up.
• Vendor Carrier Coordination: maintain relationships with shipping lines and transporters, obtain spot/contract rates, compare options, maintain rate records.
• Reporting Documentation: maintain enquiry/quotation/booking records, prepare pricing reports and dashboards, support pricing/performance reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Sales Operations Finance/Management for smooth shipment execution, ensure handover to Operations, resolve commercial issues.

About the Role

The Pricing Sales Coordinator will support the commercial and sales operations of the Freight Division by managing customer enquiries preparing competitive freight quotations coordinating with shipping lines airlines transporters and other vendors and ensuring timely conversion and execution of bookings The role requires strong attention to pricing accuracy market awareness coordination skills and the ability to work closely with the sales and operations teams to provide competitive solutions across Sea Air and Land Freight

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Quotation Management

• Receive and analyze customer and sales team enquiries for Sea Air and Land Freight services
• Obtain and negotiate rates from shipping lines airlines transporters overseas agents and otherservice providers
• Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations based on agreed commercial guidelines
• Maintain and regularly update vendor rate sheets tariffs surcharges and pricing databases
• Monitor market rates carrier updates fuel surcharges and other cost fluctuations
• Ensure quotations include correct freight charges origin destination charges applicable surcharges validity and commercial terms
• Follow up on quotations and maintain proper records of quotation status and conversion

Sales Support Coordination

• Provide day-to-day commercial support to the Freight Sales Business Development team
• Respond promptly to customer and sales enquiries and coordinate internally to provide suitable freight solutions
• Prepare rate comparisons commercial proposals and other documents required by the sales team
• Support the sales team in identifying competitive pricing opportunities and improving quotation-to-booking conversion
• Maintain accurate customer quotation and opportunity information in the CRM ERP system

Booking Shipment Coordination

• Process confirmed bookings and coordinate with the Operations team for smooth execution
• Ensure all agreed commercial terms and quoted rates are correctly communicated to Operations
• Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding booking confirmations schedules cut-offs and other shipment requirements
• Track booking status and ensure timely follow-up on pending confirmations
• Escalate pricing booking or service-related issues to the concerned manager when required

Vendor Carrier Coordination

• Maintain strong working relationships with shipping lines airlines transporters overseas agents and other freight service providers
• Obtain spot rates and contract rates based on customer requirements
• Compare multiple vendor options to identify the most commercially viable solution
• Maintain updated records of vendor rates service schedules and applicable terms

Reporting Documentation

• Maintain daily weekly records of enquiries quotations bookings and conversion ratios
• Prepare pricing reports quotation status reports and sales support dashboards
• Track quotation conversion and identify reasons for lost business wherever possible
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of quotations rate confirmations and commercialcorrespondence
• Support management with pricing and sales performance reports as required

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales Operations Finance and Management to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Coordinate with Finance regarding credit terms customer requirements and commercial approvals when required
• Ensure clear handover of confirmed shipments from Sales Commercial to Operations
• Support resolution of customer and vendor commercial issues to maintain service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, pricing or sales coordination.
• Good understanding of Sea, Air and Land Freight pricing and commercial processes.
• Experience dealing with shipping lines, airlines, transporters and freight agents.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding terminology, surcharges and commercial documentation.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage.
