Job summary

Future Pipe Industries is seeking an IT Help Desk/Desktop Support specialist to assist local users in Abu Dhabi, supporting hardware, software and peripherals. You will handle requests from the Service Desk, deploy PCs, and communicate changes to staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and ITIL v3 Foundation, with preferred MCDST and Service Desk certifications. Excellent English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide local technical support for hardware, software and peripherals.

• Deploy PCs and peripherals to users as directed.
• Notify users of changes and outages.
• Maintain IT knowledge and expand specialty expertise.
