Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to warmly welcome and assist guests, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards in line with Hyatt International's strategies. You will help ensure a safe, welcoming, and professional environment that enhances the guest experience.

The role supports smooth Front Office operations within the Rooms Division, requiring at least 1 year of hotel experience and strong problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in hotel operations.
• Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are required to support efficient Front Office operations and deliver a high standard of guest service.
• Only for UAE National.
