Job summary

Fairmont Dubai is seeking a Guest Services professional to greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide visitors to the Front Desk and other hotel areas. The role emphasizes warm welcome, authentic local greetings, and engaging first-time guests as part of a high-standard guest experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong guest services skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding guest services skills, responsibility, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming.
• Ability to handle a multitude of tasks in a dynamic environment while remaining calm.
• Flexible in terms of working hours.
• 2 years minimum experience in customer service is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Fairmont's Brand Standards in all interactions.
• Greet every guest entering or leaving the hotel through the main entrance revolving doors.
• Make guests feel warm and welcome.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Assist guests with directions to the Front Desk or other hotel areas.
• Welcome guests using authentically local greetings.
• Engage with first-time visitors, show them the lobby and surroundings.
