Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is seeking a guest-focused Front Office Associate to deliver professional, friendly service in a luxury five-star hotel. You will greet guests, guide them through the lobby and share information about facilities and promotions.

Requirements include a hospitality diploma or degree and at least 1 year of luxury-hotel experience. Fluency in English with Russian mandatory; additional languages (Turkish, Arabic) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a five-star luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (mandatory).
• Additional languages (Russian, Turkish, Arabic) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Greet all guest as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed
• Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
• To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• To follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned
