Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, part of Ennismore, invites applications for a Front Office role. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will greet guests, manage check-ins, and deliver professional service at a five-star luxury hotel on The Walk, JBR.

Candidates must speak English fluently with Russian mandatory; minimum one year in a luxury hotel; diploma or degree in hospitality preferred; strong interpersonal skills and ability to guide guests about hotel facilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma and Degree from preferably hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in five star luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language - Russian is mandatory.
• Additional foreign languages such as Russian, Turkish, Arabic preferred.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Greet all guest as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed.
• Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
• To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• To follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned
