Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is seeking a Front Office Associate to deliver professional, friendly service, greet guests on arrival, and guide them through hotel facilities and promotions.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will maintain service standards, communicate in English (Russian is mandatory), and rely on a hospitality diploma or degree with at least one year in a luxury five‑star setting. Additional languages such as Turkish or Arabic are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a five-star luxury hotel.
• Excellent English communication; Russian language skills required.
• Additional languages such as Turkish or Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Greet all guest as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed
• Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
• To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• To follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned
