Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Lobby Ambassador – Resort Tower to join the Front Office Resort Tower team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. You will greet guests in the lobby and promote resort experiences, ensuring a luxurious, personalized guest journey.

The ideal candidate embodies exceptional hospitality, fluent English, and the ability to multitask during busy periods in a Forbes Five-Star environment. Flexibility for weekends, evenings, and outdoor greetings is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, guest services or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest etiquette.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Standing for extended periods and occasional outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a prominent guest-facing presence within the Resort Tower lobby, welcoming and engaging guests throughout their journey.
• Create memorable and personalized guest interactions that enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively identify guest needs, preferences, and service opportunities.
• Establish rapport with guests through conversation, confidence, and exceptional hospitality.
• Promote resort experiences, amenities, dining venues, entertainment offerings, and unique experiences to guests.
• Escort and engage VIPs, repeat guests, gaming guests, and distinguished visitors.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services and other teams to personalize guest experiences.
• Monitor lobby activity and support service recovery when needed.
• Anticipate operational challenges and take ownership of opportunities before escalation.
• Support special events, VIP programs, activations, and lobby experiences.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Lobby Ambassador – Resort Tower to join the resort’s Front Office Resort Tower team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Serve as a prominent guest-facing presence within the Resort Tower lobby, welcoming and engaging guests throughout their journey.
• Create memorable and personalized guest interactions that enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively identify guest needs, preferences, and service opportunities.
• Establish rapport with guests through genuine conversation, confidence, and exceptional hospitality.
• Act as a luxury service ambassador by promoting resort experiences, amenities, dining venues, entertainment offerings, and unique experiences.
• Escort and engage VIPs, repeat guests, gaming guests, and distinguished visitors.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, Private Access, Transportation, Food & Beverage, and any other operation teams to personalize guest experiences.
• Monitor lobby activity and provide support in managing guest flow and service recovery situations.
• Anticipate operational challenges and take ownership of service opportunities before escalation.
• Support special events, VIP programs, activations, and lobby experiences.
• Maintain exceptional visibility, professionalism, and engagement throughout assigned shifts.
• Consistently demonstrate Forbes Five-Star service standards and Wynn luxury hospitality behaviors.
• Act as a role model for guest engagement and service excellence within the Front Office team.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Warm, approachable personality with a professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest etiquette.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Standing for extended periods and occasional outdoor work (e.g., greeting at entrances).
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
