Job summary

Accorhotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a welcoming and skilled Guest Service Agent to greet guests, handle arrivals and departures, and serve as the lobby’s primary contact. You will support inquiries, directions, hotel information, and local recommendations, creating a warm first impression.

You will assist with transportation, restaurant reservations, and special requests while maintaining a proactive presence in public areas and delivering personalized service to every guest.
