THA by ARMONIA, a leading live experiences agency, seeks a Social Media Manager to lead storytelling and audience engagement for a large cultural festival in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi. The role begins immediately and runs until the first week of January 2027.

You will work from the client’s Dubai office until December, then be on site in Abu Dhabi from 8 December 2026. You will own the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms; lead content creation and live coverage; manage

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in social media management.
• Proven expertise across Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong writing and captioning skills.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
• Experience with live event coverage.
• Experience with influencer collaborations.

• Develop and manage a social media strategy and content plan.
• Lead reels, stories and real-time content publishing.
• Capture live content during activations and events.
• Engage with online communities and manage influencer partnerships.
