Atlantis Dubai invites an energetic Assistant Manager - Social Media to craft platform-native content that captures the energy of Aquaventure World. You will film, edit and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and emerging channels, working across the waterpark to seize live moments.

This hands-on role emphasizes rapid ideation, live-shot production, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver authentic, audience-driven content in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Strong creative instincts with clear understanding of content performance on TikTok and Instagram.
• Ability to take an idea from concept through filming and editing.
• Proactive, culturally aware and able to spot opportunities as they happen.
• Comfortable creating content outdoors, around water and during live events.

Responsibilities

• Develop fresh, trend-led ideas specifically suited to social media platforms.
• Create platform-native content for TikTok and Instagram and relevant emerging channels.
• Film and edit content from concept through final execution.
• Capture live moments, events and guest experiences across Aquaventure World.
• Follow current social media trends and emerging formats for opportunities.
• Work with lifeguards, operations, events and wider teams to capture authentic content.
• Respond quickly to real-time content opportunities in a fast-moving environment.
• Create material that reflects the energy and excitement of the waterpark to drive engagement.
