Job summary

M+C Saatchi Group in Dubai is seeking a Freelance Social Media Manager for a 6-month onsite contract. You will lead day-to-day social activity across multiple channels, working closely with the Social Media Director, executives, community management, creatives and production partners.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of social activity across multiple channels working closely with the Social Media Director Social Media Executives Community Management team creatives and production partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the development of monthly social content plans and calendars.

• Manage day-to-day client communication and social media requirements.

• Translate the wider social strategy into clear actionable content briefs.

• Coordinate Social Media Executives Community Managers designers editors and production teams.

• Manage content workflows from briefing and production through to approvals publishing and reporting.

• Ensure content is platform-first relevant and consistent across each social channel.

• Identify reactive and proactive social opportunities.

• Oversee publishing and community management activity.

• Review social performance and contribute to monthly reporting and recommendations.

• Maintain clear timelines priorities and responsibilities across the account.

• Support shoots and content production where required.

• Work closely with the Social Media Director on strategic development and senior client requirements.

Experience and skills:

• Strong experience managing social media accounts for brands or within an agency environment.

• Strong understanding of Instagram TikTok Facebook LinkedIn and emerging social platforms.
