Job summary

DeepSource Technologies is seeking a seasoned Linux Administrator to manage, maintain, and support Linux server environments. You will install, configure, and optimize Linux systems on physical and virtual servers, ensuring high availability and performance.

The role requires strong scripting and automation skills, backup and disaster recovery experience, and collaboration with development and network teams to deploy applications securely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Experience with server management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Certifications (RHCE, CompTIA Linux+) are a plus.
