Job summary

Alrais Group in Dubai is seeking a Network Engineer and IT Administrator to design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance, security and reliability across our IT systems, including VoIP (3CX), Office 365 and POS integrations.

Responsibilities include managing Office 365 configurations, administering Windows and Linux servers, enforcing security practices (firewalls, IDS, VPNs), diagnosing issues, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering and IT systems administration.
• Proficiency in managing Office 365 environments including Exchange SharePoint Teams and security protocols.
• Extensive experience with Windows Server and Linux server administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols routing and switching (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN VLANs).
• Experience with firewall management intrusion detection and other security measures.

About the Role:
