Job summary

DiceTek UAE is looking for a Senior Linux Administrator in Dubai to manage and optimize enterprise Linux and UNIX infrastructure supporting critical systems. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience with Red Hat and Ubuntu.

This full-time role involves 24x7 on-call support, strong focus on performance optimization, and working in high availability and disaster recovery environments. Competitive salary between 22,000-35,000 AED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on Linux and UNIX administration experience in large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration.
• Practical experience with Ubuntu and other Linux distributions used in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain Linux servers across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu, and related Linux or UNIX platforms used in production infrastructure.
• Support virtualization environments like VMware and KVM, along with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
