Job summary

Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales/BD professional to identify and secure new customers, strengthen relationships, and expand bookings across port pairs. You will handle dry containers and special equipment, and develop business for reefers, OT, and FR.

You will conduct regular visits, follow up on enquiries, negotiate freight rates, and coordinate with Trade, Customer Service, and Operations to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Liner/NVOCC market in UAE.
• 4–6 years of liner sales/NVOCC experience in UAE market.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; confident with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel inside and outside UAE as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new customers to expand RCL’s customer base.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships and increase bookings across port pairs.
• Handle dry containers and special equipment (Reefer, OOG); develop business for reefers, OT, and FR.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries to convert opportunities into bookings.
• Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms in line with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with Trade, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support customer requirements.
