Job summary

Fast Track Logistics Services is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our customer base and strengthen industry relationships in the UAE. You will secure direct accounts with shipping lines, build a global agent network, and pursue new business opportunities through visits, networking, and direct sales.

You will also engage with customs clearance agents, transport providers, and logistics partners while aiming for top-line growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years freight forwarding sales or business development experience in the UAE.
• Established relationships with shipping lines and overseas freight forwarding agents.
• Good knowledge of UAE customs clearance and Jebel Ali Port operations.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
• Good command of English and the ability to work independently.
