Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited in Dubai seeks a proactive sales professional to drive outbound and inbound liner/NVOCC bookings, maintain client relationships, and achieve quarterly targets.

You will prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and coordinate with Trade, Customer Service and Operations to support customer requirements. The role involves developing accounts across all Emirates of the UAE, primarily via phone and email.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in liner sales/NVOCC in UAE market.
• Proven experience in Liner/NVOCC market.
• Confident and spontaneous.
• Persuasive and influential.
• Valid UAE driving license would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular outbound / CRT / IB sales calls to identify opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and increase bookings across RCL’s port pairs.
• Prepare freight quotations and negotiate rates within company guidelines.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations to secure confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with Trade, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, sales activities, and follow-up records.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and booking projections for management.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Develop and support customer accounts across all Emirates of the UAE, primarily through telephone and email.
• Attend customer meetings or visits when required, in coordination with the Sales Manager.
