Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy to engage, retain and re‑engage customers.
• Create and run email and in‑app notifications.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize CLM campaigns.
• Work closely with teams to understand customer insights.
• Lead new product feature tests with the product team.
