• Achieve its annual activities and sales targets as set by the management.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of innovative methods and performance metrics to increase clients’ sales, expand markets reach and promote business in the region.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing contacts and converting leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Comply with the required standards of sales excellence and best practice and operating effectiveness and efficiency, and group, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional direct sales and profitability.
• Discuss with his superior the sales operations and performance.
• Handle disputes when needed and take necessary actions.
