Job summary

Moody’s Investors Service in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior client-focused professional to drive revenue growth across Middle East insurance markets. You will own the client portfolio, deepen relationships with decision-makers, and lead territory planning to win new business while collaborating with Solutions and Client Success teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in (re)insurance, fluency in English and Arabic, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in (re)insurance and broking with senior client relationships.
• Proven success selling high-value software, SaaS, analytics in financial services.
• Deep understanding of catastrophic risk data, modelling, software and service solutions.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close large, high-value commercial deals.
• Fluent English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s/MBA desirable for analytics familiarity.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth and commercial impact across an assigned client portfolio.
• Build and deepen long-term relationships with client decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop territory plans and client-centric strategies to win new clients and support existing ones’ goals.
• Collaborate with Solution Practice to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
• Partner with Solutions and Client Success teams for seamless end-to-end experience.
• Engage internal product/technical specialists to support client initiatives.
• Promote broader adoption of Moody’s Intelligent Risk Platform.
