Job summary

Casa Vera Properties in Abu Dhabi is seeking a full-time on-site Real Estate Sales Agent. You will handle day-to-day client interactions, respond to inquiries, conduct property viewings, and provide market insights and recommendations.

Prospect and qualify leads, list and promote properties, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the sale and leasing process. You will prepare and review documentation, coordinate with landlords, buyers, tenants, and internal teams, and maintain accurate

Qualifications

Strong Real Estate Sales skills and market knowledge.
Valid Real Estate License or eligible per local regulations.
Excellent Customer Service, communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building.
Proven sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE markets, CRM or listing systems, organization and time-management.
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages advantageous; prior real estate or sales experience preferred.
