Job summary

Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic real estate sales professional to actively generate and follow up on residential and commercial property leads. You will advise clients on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements, and conduct viewings to present suitable options.

You will negotiate sales and lease terms, prepare contracts with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and build strong relationships with owners, developers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market (areas, developers, pricing, regulations).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively generate and follow up on leads for residential and/or commercial properties.
• Advise clients on property values, market conditions, prices, and legal requirements in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs.
• Negotiate sales and lease terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Prepare and manage all sales documentation and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
