Job summary

La Maison Real Estate in Abu Dhabi seeks a dedicated Property Consultant/Leasing Agent to manage leasing and sales activities, source properties, and advise clients on options across off-plan, secondary markets, and rentals.

You will handle inquiries, prepare documentation, coordinate with landlords and developers, and support clients through signing and move-in, with market knowledge guiding recommendations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends, property types, and basic understanding of sales, leasing, and property management processes.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting performance targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present property options and contract terms effectively.
• Candidates should possess high-level Customer Service abilities, including responsiveness, relationship building, and professional client support before and after transactions.
• Candidates should possess solid Consulting skills, including needs analysis, advisory capabilities, and offering tailored property solutions aligned with client goals.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
• Prior experience in real estate, leasing, or sales in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE market is an advantage.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic MS Office tools is preferred.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing and sales activities, including sourcing properties, conducting viewings, and advising clients across off-plan, secondary market, and rental portfolios.
• Handle client inquiries, provide accurate property information, and coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and process leasing and sales documentation, and support clients through contract signing and move-in processes.
• Maintain updated listings, negotiate terms, and ensure a high standard of service and follow-up.
• Stay informed about market trends, developer offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide informed, trustworthy guidance.
