Job summary

Nation Stars Real Estate in Abu Dhabi is seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Leasing Agents to join our growing team. You will assist clients in buying, selling and leasing properties and guide them through the transactions.

You will conduct property viewings, build relationships with owners, buyers, tenants and investors, and negotiate offers for successful deals. We provide leads, marketing support, access to top portals and ongoing training for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales or leasing experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide guidance throughout the sales or leasing process.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, buyers, tenants and investors.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions.
• Maintain accurate client and property records using the company CRM.
• Stay informed about the Abu Dhabi real estate market and developments.
• Achieve individual and team sales and leasing objectives.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
