Job summary

Open Home Properties LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking motivated Property Sales Consultants with proven sales experience to help clients buy and invest in residential and commercial properties. Knowledge of the UAE market and strong negotiation skills will give you an edge.

You will identify buyers, present options, conduct meetings and viewings, manage leads in CRM, and aim to achieve personal sales targets. English is essential; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience mandatory, preferably 1+ year.
• Experience in real estate sales or off-plan sales preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up, and close transactions.
• Target-driven in a competitive sales environment.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate; UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective buyers and property investors.
• Present available properties and recommend suitable options based on client requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and sales presentations.
• Follow up with leads and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate property prices and transaction terms within company guidelines.
• Maintain updated client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with developers, listing teams, and relevant departments to facilitate property transactions.
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi property developments, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and maintain consistent sales activity.
