Job summary

Address Point Properties LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent to join our seasoned team and leverage our established market presence to build a successful career.

You will generate leads, conduct property viewings across key Abu Dhabi areas, guide clients through buying, selling and leasing transactions with market expertise, and maintain our CRM with accurate records while aiming to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RERA license or be able to obtain one immediately.
• 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license and legal work authorization.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients across residential and commercial segments.
• Conduct property viewings in Abu Dhabi areas including Al Reem Island, Saadiyat Island, Masdar City, and Al Raha Beach.
• Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions with market expertise.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain our CRM database with accurate client and transaction records.
• Represent Address Point Properties at developer launches and networking events.

The Role

Your Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients across residential and commercial segments
• Conduct property viewings in key Abu Dhabi areas including Al Reem Island, Saadiyat Island, Masdar City, and Al Raha Beach
• Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions with market expertise
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets
• Maintain our CRM database with accurate client and transaction records
• Represent Address Point Properties at developer launches and networking events

Requirements

Must Have:

• Valid RERA license or ability to obtain one immediately
• 1-2 years real estate sales experience in UAE (exceptional candidates with strong drive considered)
• Valid UAE driving license
• Legal authorization to work in UAE

Preferred:

• Arabic language skills (highly advantageous)
• Additional languages: Russian, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Mandarin or others
• Existing client network in Abu Dhabi/Dubai
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and off-plan market
• CRM software proficiency
