Pro Property Investment, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a full-time Real Estate Broker to manage property listings, conduct showings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes from inquiry to closing.

Daily duties include prospecting leads, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining thorough documentation. The role emphasizes client relationships, local market knowledge, regulatory awareness, and revenue growth with integrity.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, with practical experience in local market dynamics and property valuation.
• Candidates should possess Brokerage and Sales skills, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and transaction closing.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client communication, needs assessment, and relationship management.
• Candidates should ideally have familiarity with property management processes and investment advisory for residential and commercial assets.
• Relevant real estate license or certification in the UAE, or eligibility to obtain one, is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple listings, and use CRM and real estate marketing tools effectively.
• Previous experience in real estate brokerage or property consulting, and a track record of meeting sales targets, is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Handle property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes from inquiry to closing.
• Prospect and qualify leads, prepare and present property proposals, and negotiate terms and contracts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records; build long-term client relationships and provide market insights.
• Coordinate with property management teams and ensure high standards of client service.
• Contribute to revenue growth while upholding transparency and integrity.
