Job summary

Confidential in UAE is seeking a detail-oriented Legal & Statutory Documentation Executive to manage the Group’s legal, regulatory, and corporate documents. The role requires 3–5 years in legal documentation and government compliance within the UAE/GCC.

You will coordinate across departments to collect, verify, and file documents, ensuring timely renewals and confidentiality. A background in law or related fields is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in legal documentation, statutory compliance, corporate administration, or a similar role.
• Experience with UAE/GCC regulatory and government documentation.
• Certification in legal administration, compliance, governance or document control is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, organize, and update legal and corporate documents.
• Keep records of agreements, contracts, licenses, certificates, and authorizations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify required documents.
• Assist in preparing documentation for legal, commercial, and administrative matters.
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of sensitive legal documents.
• Monitor expiry and renewals of trade licenses, registrations, permits, and certificates.
• Coordinate timely renewal processes and liaise with authorities as needed.
• Maintain a centralized tracker for statutory documentation and renewal requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, Procurement and other departments on legal documentation.
• Support management with documentation for new business activities, branches, and registrations.
