Job summary

Almira in the UAE seeks a proficient Legal & Compliance Advisor to provide authoritative guidance to management. The role ensures adherence to UAE laws, real estate regulations, and regulatory requirements, while drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and legal documents.

You will monitor regulatory changes, identify risks, and advise across real estate, corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant legal/compliance advisory experience.
• Experience in UAE real estate, brokerage, or corporate sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Practical experience in contract review, compliance monitoring, and risk management.
• High standards of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide authoritative legal and compliance advice to management to keep decisions legally sound.
• Ensure full adherence to UAE laws, real estate regulations, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct compliance reviews and support internal investigations and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Strong knowledgeof UAE laws, regulations, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Practical experience in contract review, legal documentation, compliance monitoring, and risk management.
• Strong understandingof UAE real estate and brokerage regulations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Arabic speaker is required; English proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and provide sound legal and compliance advice to management.
