Job summary

aqary investement and development in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced Legal Advisor to join its legal team. You will provide comprehensive legal guidance to multiple departments and help protect the company’s interests while minimizing risk.

The role encompasses drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, ensuring UAE compliance, and supporting governance and regulatory matters. Strong English skills and a law degree are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
3–7 years of relevant legal experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate laws.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate, timely legal advice to management and internal departments.
Draft, review, amend, and negotiate various agreements including employment, service, vendor, partnership, NDA, and SaaS.
Review contracts for legal, commercial, financial, and operational risks.
Negotiate terms with clients, suppliers, partners, employees, and third parties.
Ensure contracts comply with UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Maintain legal documents and monitor contract expiries and renewals.
Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, licensing, and commercial operations.
