Role Description

The Leasing Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the leasing team's daily operations, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to ensure timely achievement of leasing goals. The Leasing Team Leader coordinates property listings, manages client inquiries, conducts viewings, negotiates lease terms, and supports the completion of leasing agreements in line with company policies. This position requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and property management teams to optimize occupancy rates and maintain high-quality tenant relations. The Leasing Team Leader also reviews market trends, prepares regular reports, and contributes to continuous improvement of leasing processes and customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage.
