Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Real Estate markets and practices.
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, including office, retail, and other commercial asset classes, is highly beneficial.
• Competence in Property Management and Facility Management (FM), including basic awareness of operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Basic Finance skills related to real estate transactions, pricing, investment returns, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and common real estate CRM or listing platforms; comfort with digital tools and online marketing channels.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic are an added benefit.

Responsibilities

• Handle property sales and leasing activities, including prospecting and generating leads.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Manage listings and maintain accurate property records; coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay updated on market trends and advise clients on opportunities.
