Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Real Estate markets and practices.

• Competence in Property Management and Facility Management (FM), including basic awareness of operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Basic Finance skills related to real estate transactions, pricing, investment returns, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and common real estate CRM or listing platforms; comfort with digital tools and online marketing channels.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic are an added benefit.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Real Estate Executive role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, and is open to both freshers and experienced agents. The Real Estate Executive will handle property sales and leasing activities, including prospecting, generating leads, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the transaction process. Daily responsibilities include managing listings, maintaining accurate property records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
