The Listings Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate property listings across PSI’s platforms and partner channels. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi involves collecting and verifying property information, coordinating with the sales and leasing teams, and ensuring that all listings are complete, compliant, and up to date. The Listings Officer will prepare high-quality property descriptions, organize photos and marketing materials, and update listing status based on market activity and internal feedback. The role includes regular communication with property owners, internal stakeholders, and external partners to obtain approvals, resolve discrepancies, and enhance listing visibility. The Listings Officer will also support data reporting, contribute to listing process improvements, and uphold PSI’s standards for presentation and customer experience.
