Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of lease administration, contract management, and client servicing practices.
• Experience in managing commercial and/or industrial property portfolios is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations, leasing processes, and contract governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Lease section to meet objectives.
• Monitor and improve operational and financial performance of personnel and projects.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient and effective operations.
• Coordinate contract management and ensure compliance with the contract management plan.
