Qualifications

  • Proven success delivering substantial leasing and rental revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing portfolio-level leasing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop portfolio-wide leasing strategies for residential and commercial assets and translate business objectives into measurable asset-level plans.
  • Establish annual targets covering leasing revenue, occupancy, rental growth, vacancy reduction, renewals, and portfolio performance.
  • Analyze market demand, competing properties, rental rates, vacancy levels, lease expiries, customer segments, and emerging trends.
  • Adjust leasing strategies as market conditions and individual asset performance change.
  • Drive rental income growth through pricing optimization, lease structures, inventory management, incentives, and customer segmentation.
  • Work with Asset Management and Finance to assess the financial implications of major leasing and pricing decisions.
  • Protect portfolio yield while pursuing sustainable year-on-year rental revenue growth.
  • Develop proactive plans for vacant inventory, new leases, renewals, tenant expansions, and customer retention.
  • Monitor lease expiries and occupancy trends to identify risks and revenue opportunities early.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective residential and commercial customers, tenants, brokers, and strategic partners.
  • Use established UAE market relationships to broaden property exposure and generate incremental leasing opportunities.
  • Develop productive relationships with UAE brokers and channel partners while setting clear expectations for performance.
  • Evaluate broker productivity and concentrate resources on channels generating strong commercial results.
  • Lead complex and high-value leasing negotiations involving rental pricing, incentives, contractual structures, and commercial terms.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the Dubai Festival City property market, customer behavior, competitive supply, and rental movements.
  • Convert market intelligence into recommendations for pricing, leasing strategy, customer targeting, and property positioning.
  • Oversee the complete transaction lifecycle from lead generation and negotiation through approvals, documentation, and contract execution.
  • Coordinate with Leasing Administration, Legal, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to maintain transaction accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and develop Leasing and Leasing Administration teams, establishing accountability for revenue, productivity, occupancy, and service standards.
  • Review team performance regularly and strengthen capability through coaching, clear targets, and operational discipline.
