Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and produce training materials (e.g., facilitator/participant workbooks, manuals, brochures, job aids, posters).
• Conduct stand-up training to groups of employees.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
• Monitor and ensure departments conduct safety training and orientation.
• Prepare training classes, materials, setup, and teardown.
