Kerzner International Limited in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Learning & Development Manager to plan and oversee all L&D programs for team members, ensuring alignment with individual and organizational goals. The role covers designing, delivering, and evaluating training and development initiatives across the resort.

The candidate should have 3–4 years of L&D leadership in upscale luxury hospitality, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and excellent English, with Middle East/GCC experience

Competenze

• 3–4 years experience as Learning & Development Manager in upscale luxury hospitality
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent spoken and written English and/or another language

Mansioni

• Develop plans and manage learning and development programs for all team members to meet individual and organizational needs
• Develop plans to manage the training function and training resources
• Administer an annual Training Needs Analysis and plan programs accordingly
• Design or facilitate necessary programs identified in the annual Training Needs Analysis
• Deliver or facilitate the delivery of the necessary programs
• Facilitate feedback from programs and manage them accordingly
• Collate Development Plans from performance appraisals to ensure alignment with goals
• Liaise with external institutions and organisations for external programs and manage the process
• Coordinate with external consultants to deliver programs meeting resort needs
• Develop and manage programs for Management Trainees
• Plan, design and facilitate delivery of Orientations, Customer service, Performance management, Supervisory skills, Managerial skills, Leadership Development, Sales, and other programs as required

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To develop plan and manage the learning and development programs for all team Members to meet both the individual and organizational needs


• To develop plan and manage the training function and the training resources


• To administer an annual Training Needs Analysis and to plan the required programs accordingly


• To design or facilitate the design of the necessary programs as identified in the annual Training Needs Analysis


• To deliver or facilitate the delivery of the necessary programs


• To facilitate the feedback received from programs and to manage and administer them appropriately


• To collate all Development Plans form Individual Performance Appraisals to ensure that individual Team Member requirements that achieve individual and organizational goals are followed through


• To liaise with all external institutions and organizations for all appropriate external programs that Team members will be nominated for and administer the total process


• To liaise with required external consultants and facilitate the delivery of identified programs to fulfill the needs of the resort


• To develop and manage the programs for all Management Trainees


• To plan design and facilitate he delivery of the following programs Orientations Customer service Performance management Supervisory skills Managerial skills Leadership Development Sales And any other programs as required

Candidate Profile

• Suitable candidate must be highly qualified and must have at least 3-4 years experience as Learning & Development Manager in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.


• He/She must have a strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills, must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.


• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
