Job summary

You will collaborate with the leadership team to identify organizational development needs and ensure effective programs across product knowledge, customer service, and leadership skills. The role requires a 2-year or 4-year degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field, a certified trainer credential, and experience in luxury hotel environments;

Qualifications

• Education: 2-year degree in Human Resources, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years HR or related professional area; certified trainer.
• OR 4-year bachelor's degree in HR, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee training programs and promotes all training opportunities.
• Ensures training aligns with guest service standards and business goals.
• Designs, develops, and delivers both custom and corporate training programs.
• Measures training effectiveness and transfer to performance.
