Job summary

LG Electronics in Dubai is seeking a Talent Management Manager to lead end-to-end talent management and learning & development initiatives. You will partner with MEA regional leaders and subsidiary HR teams to identify critical talent, assess capabilities, and develop leadership pipelines.

The role requires designing competency models, assessment centers, and succession plans to ensure a future-ready organization and robust career development opportunities across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of HR experience with focus on Talent Management, L&D, leadership development and organizational development.
• Experience managing full talent lifecycle, including identification, assessment, succession planning and career progression.
• Hands-on experience in competency design, mapping and assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end Talent Management and Learning & Development agenda to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
• Partner with MEA region leaders and subsidiary HR teams to identify critical talent and implement robust succession plans.

Job description

The Talent Management Manager is responsible for leading and executing the organization's end-to-end Talent Management and Learning & Development agenda to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The role oversees the design and implementation of talent management frameworks, competency models, talent assessment processes, succession planning strategies, leadership development programs, and organizational capability-building initiatives.

The incumbent will partner closely with MEA Region's business leaders and subsidiary HR teams to identify critical talent, assess organizational capabilities, develop leadership pipelines, and ensure robust succession plans for key positions. The role is also responsible for evaluating successor readiness, driving career development initiatives, and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee capabilities and support business growth.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development.
• Proven experience managing the full talent lifecycle, from talent identification and assessment to succession planning, leadership development, and career progression.
