Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking a qualified Life Coach to empower individuals, parents and young adults in Dubai. You will clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and drive lasting change through evidence-based coaching methods and client-centered sessions.

You will conduct initial consultations, deliver personalised programmes, and help clients build confidence, direction and momentum while maintaining professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• ICF-accredited coaching qualification (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
• Minimum 2 years professional life coaching experience.
• Recognised coaching training (minimum 60 hours ICF-approved programme).
• Strong commitment to ethical coaching practice.

Role Overview

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or higher

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa
• Green Visa
• Freelance Permit
• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility
• Any other valid UAE work authorisation

Compensation

Compensation
