Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver guest satisfaction through proactive service and a strong team. You will ensure standards from the Departmental Operations Manual are met and collaborate closely with Kitchen, Beverage, Housekeeping, and Stewarding.

This role requires 3-4 years in a 4-5 star hotel and a vocational hospitality qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous service.
• Manage floor operations and uphold service standards.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and liaise with Housekeeping.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Oversee inventory and procurement procedures.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Beverage teams.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and financial controls.
• Participate in departmental meetings and communications.
